Dean has 25+ years' global finance and operational leadership experience gained in private equity backed and blue-chip corporate businesses, focused on natural resources, large scale renewable energy projects and organic waste recycling. Prior to joining Elemental, he was the Chief Executive of a start-up organic waste recycling and energy recovery business, Tamar Energy Limited, which he successfully sold to an infrastructure fund in 2018.

Adrian has extensive expertise in Chemistry and Physics (both industrial and theoretical) and in the conversion of industrial by-products into value-added commodities. He is involved in all aspects of the process and product development, problem solving and numerous R&D projects to explore novel circular strategies for waste capture and re-use.

Mike has 35+ years' senior director experience in the health and nutrition sectors, specialising in immune nutrition, ecology and soil health. He is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive, with proven experience in running UK and international operations, sales teams, product distribution and marketing in both start-up and established companies.

Andrew has 35+ years' experience working in senior leadership and operational roles in well known large UK companies. Over his career he has been involved with a number of different large scale projects spanning different industries such as residential land purchase, large scale house building, coal mining, energy generation from animal fat and pet food production with Forthglade Foods. Andrew was part of the team that sold Forthglade to Private Equity in 2015 and has worked with Bruce for a number of years.

Sarah worked for 15+ years in financial services (fund management and private equity). She currently heads up a group of charitable trusts and has been responsible for overhauling strategies and processes to maximise impact. Sarah is also a Non-Executive Director of the UK’s second largest promotional clothing distributor.

Bruce invented the Elemental process after a 40+ year career in the meat and pet food industry where he successfully founded a pet food business, Forthglade Foods, which grew to a multi-million pound turnover business before exiting to Private Equity in 2015. Bruce’s innovations have led the pet food industry and was first to market with ready meals for pets, frozen pet foods, raw meat nutrition, modern day plastic packaging and balanced nutrition animal food.
