Fertiliser
Conversion of all residual organic waste materials into an organo-mineral fertiliser, high in phosphate and rich in carbon compounds, sulphur and micronutrients to meet soil and plant needs.
The Elemental process has been developed to turn all of organic and industrial waste materials into a nutrient rich organo-mineral fertiliser product without creating any additional waste. The process uses a combination of heat, physical pressure and a unique patented chemical process to break down all of the residual waste materials and reform them into a granulated organo-mineral fertiliser. The end fertiliser product is then safe to use for arable crops, grasslands, horticulture and amenity use. Our innovative organo-mineral fertiliser contains sustainable phosphate which is low in cadmium and rich in carbon compounds, sulphur and micronutrients, can be customised to meet soil and plant needs. The Elemental manufacturing process naturally creates the multi-staged release effect.
Technology Licensing
Our fertiliser is a phosphate rich multi-staged release product. We achieve the multi-staged release effect naturally in the manufacturing process without the need to add any coatings or polymers, which is the way most slow-release technology in fertiliser currently works. The finished product is a dry, hard granule for easy application, reduced volatilisation and leaching and requires no specialist equipment to apply to agriculture or amenity land. The product can also be manufactured in different granule sizes to meet customer demands.
